1) First Entries Posted!
Entries have already started arriving and we have posted the early entries on
the meet web page. We will continue to process entries in a timely manner, so
check to see if your entry has been processed, notify us of any errors, and
check the ‘problems list’ to make sure you’re not on there!
2) T-shirt design posted
Preview the meet T-shirt design on the meet web page. Thanks to Jenny Luker
for the concept and to Jacki Hirsty for doing the artwork on this year’s meet
T-shirt.
3) NELMSC 25-Meter Pool Tabulations

Check the above link (center section of web page) for tabulations of New
England LMSC swimmer’s times. See if you rank in the all-time top 50 in any
event; look at New England records; view all relays ever swum; view all swims
by name; check out the new “rating” factor – see your strongest swim by
rating; check the New England swimmers who are current National and World
record holders; and more….
4) More on Awards
In addition to expanding the USMS club awards to the 10th place, we are also
changing the nature of the awards. We are switching from a physical award
banner to a ‘virtual’ banner. Many pools don’t allow banners to be
displayed. Instead we will provide a .JPG file of the banner artwork suitable
of posting on each club / group’s web page. In addition we will also provide
a plaque to the top 10 USMS clubs and NEM Workout groups.
5) Listing of NELMSC Sanctioned and Recognized meets, Fall ‘06
If you would like to swim one or more meets to prepare for the 25-Meter
Championship Meet, here is a list of the New England LMSC Sanctioned and
Recognized meets this fall (note – all USMS registered swimmers from all clubs
are welcomed at the USMS sanctioned meets below):
